What is Property Complete?
Property Complete is a retail and commercial property consultancy with particular expertise of acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals, rating and management of retail and commercial property. Although many of our existing clients are large corporate companies we aim to serve large and small clients alike with the same level of service. We value the instructions of local clients who may have only one commercial property in exactly the same way as those of clients who have many properties in its portfolio. Every client gets the same service.
Who are we?
John Briggs FRICS
I am a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and have worked in commercial property since the beginning of my career with 10 years in private practice, 6 years in development and some 13 years as Property Controller for retailer bonmarché. I was a director of Rib Property based in Harrogate for 3 years before leaving to set up my own company, Property Complete. I have been a consultant to Freeman Harvey Whitehouse, a well known and highly respected property consultants based in Liverpool, and to national agents, G L Hearn.
